Quick Start

Get Marsha up and running with this step-by-step guide. In less than 10 minutes, you'll have a fully configured moderation bot protecting your server.

Step 1: Add Marsha

If you haven't already, add Marsha to your server:

→ Add Marsha to Discord

Step 2: Configure Basic Settings

A. Create/Configure Mute Role

1. Go to the dashboard: dashboard.marsha.app
2. Navigate to Settings → Mute Role
3. Create a new mute role or select an existing one
4. The role will automatically be configured in all channels

B. Set Log Channel

1. In the dashboard, go to Logs
2. Select a channel for moderation logs
3. Enable the events you want to track

Step 3: Enable Auto-Moderation

1. Go to Dashboard → Auto-Moderation
2. Enable these recommended modules:
   • ✅ Bad Words
   • ✅ Invites
   • ✅ Mass Mentions
   • ✅ Duplicate Text
3. Set the action to Warn or Delete Message
4. Save changes

Step 4: Configure Sanctions

1. Go to Dashboard → Sanctions
2. Enable automatic sanction escalation
3. Set up penalty levels based on warning count
4. Save configuration
