Reporting a Member

/report - Create a report

Allows any member to report inappropriate behavior to moderators.

Syntax:

Examples:

What happens:

A report is created and sent to the configured moderation channel. Moderators receive a notification with all details. The reporting member remains anonymous if this option is enabled.

Cooldown:

To prevent abuse, there is a 10-second delay between each report per user.

Context Menu

You can also report directly from Discord:

  1. Right-click on a message or user
  2. Select "Apps" → "Report"
  3. Fill out the form
  4. The report is sent to moderators

This is faster than using the command and allows capturing context directly.

Managing Reports (Moderators)

Moderators can manage reports via the Dashboard or Discord:

Mark as resolved:

Once handled, mark the report as resolved to keep your list organized.

Take action:

After verifying a report, take appropriate measures with moderation commands (/warn, /mute, /ban, etc.).

View history:

Review all past reports to identify recurring problem members.

Advanced Configuration

Visit the Dashboard - Reports to:

  • Define the channel where reports are sent
  • Choose roles that receive notifications
  • Enable/disable reporter anonymity
  • Configure confirmation messages
  • Block certain members from using the system
