Reports Configuration

Configure the report system to allow members to report inappropriate behavior directly to moderators. An active report system helps maintain a healthy community.

Access: Dashboard → Systems → Reports

System Configuration

Step 1: Enable Reports

Go to Dashboard → Systems → Reports and enable the system with the toggle button.

Step 2: Reports Channel

Select the Discord channel where reports will be sent. Create a private #reports channel accessible only to moderators.

Step 3: Roles to Notify

Select roles that will receive a ping when a new report arrives (e.g., @Moderator, @Staff).
