Dashboard Overview

The Marsha Dashboard is your centralized control panel for configuring auto-moderation, managing infractions, viewing statistics, and controlling all aspects of Marsha on your Discord server.

Authentication

Log in with Discord, Google, or email.

Auto-Moderation

Create rules to automatically moderate content.

Getting Started

Initial configuration:

  1. Log in to dash.marsha.app with Discord
  2. Select your server from the list
  3. Configure language in Settings → General
  4. Create your role groups in Settings → Groups
  5. Configure basic logs in Systems → Logs
  6. Add your first auto-moderation rules

Dashboard Navigation

The left sidebar provides access to all features organized into sections:

Overview:

Server overview with statistics and recent activity. Infractions, auto-moderation censures, alerts, and reports.

Moderation:

Configuration of auto-moderation rules and automatic sanctions based on warnings or strikes.

Systems:

Configuration of anti-raid, captcha, two-factor authentication, logs, and reports.

Settings:

Language, prefix, role groups, and moderation settings.

Server Selector:

At the top of the sidebar, click the server name to quickly switch between your servers.


Key Features

Auto-Moderation

Create intelligent rules to automatically detect and punish violations.

Available rule types:

Traditional mode (triggers after X violations) and Heat mode (accumulates heat 0-100%, gives temporary strike at 100%).

Available modules:

Spam detection, excessive mentions, Discord invites, external links, bad words filter, mass emojis, uppercase abuse, duplicate messages, and more.

Possible actions:

Delete message, give note, warn member, mute/tempmute, kick, ban/tempban.

Role Groups

Simplify configuration by organizing your Discord roles into logical groups.

Example groups:

Staff (admins and managers with full access), Moderators (daily moderation team), Helpers (light assistance), Members (regular members), VIP (boosters and supporters).

Statistics

View detailed analytics on your server including total infractions by type, auto-moderation triggers, member reports, system alerts, moderator activity, and trend analysis over 7 days.


Infraction Management

View and manage all moderation actions with searchable history, advanced filters (date, type, moderator, member), detailed infraction view, ability to modify reasons and durations, attach evidence, and export data (CSV, JSON, Excel).


Mobile Access

The dashboard works on mobile devices (iOS/Android phones and tablets) to view infractions, check statistics, receive alerts, perform quick moderation, and modify settings.

Some features like creating complex rules and bulk operations are better suited for desktop.


Security

Account security:

Enable two-factor authentication, manage your logged-in sessions, receive login notifications, and use strong passwords.

Server security:

Role-based access control, audit logs to track changes, granular permission system, and two-step authentication for sensitive roles.


Data Management

Data Export

Export your server data for backups, external analysis, GDPR compliance, or migration. Available exports include infractions (CSV, JSON, Excel), censures (auto-mod actions), reports, and statistics.

Data Retention

Configure retention policies for log retention period, auto-mod censure cleanup, old infraction archiving, and automatic report closure.
