Internal Notes

The notes system allows your moderation team to keep internal notes on members. It's ideal for documenting behaviors, sharing context between moderators, and tracking ongoing situations.

What is a note?

A note is an internal record visible only to your moderation team. Unlike infractions that sanction, notes simply serve to document useful information.

Typical uses:

Documenting suspicious but not yet sanctionable behavior, sharing context between moderators on an ongoing situation, noting agreements or verbal warnings, keeping track of important conversations with a member.
